Urban Mobility

Are you a forward-thinking startup working to raise the bar for the urban mobility of tomorrow? For this track, we are looking for companies that are ready to address a wide range of challenges — including congestion, the efficiency of the transport system, and enabling the transition to zero-emission transport.

Driverless cars, shared mobility, electric vehicles and connectivity — if your business disrupts the sector with innovation and makes commuting more enjoyable, you seem like a perfect candidate for an Urban Mobility track!

Energy Efficiency

Applicants in the Energy Efficiency track should create top-notch solutions that improve urban energy efficiency, help reduce environmental impacts and, ultimately, reach net-zero goals.

From the next-generation solar cells to new ways of optimising energy consumption, if your company has an out-of-the-box approach for speeding up the transition towards more sustainable energy — you’re welcome to apply.

We expect companies to showcase innovation combined with technological advancement.

Waste & Water

The startups in the Waste & Water track should either offer tools to help communities have access to clean water or develop solutions that reduce commercial and residential waste.

From proprietary wastewater treatment tools to monitoring devices to waste reward marketplaces, we’re looking for companies that embark on a mission to make our cities more equitable, healthy and resilient.

If your company solves real, everyday problems and delivers practical results, we can’t wait to find out more about it from your application.

Infrastructure & Industrial IoT

Applicants in the Infrastructure & Industrial IoT track should be developing cutting-edge innovations that transform our existing infrastructure — roads, bridges, equipment and manufacturing — in ways that empower urban communities.

Whether your company creates critical infrastructure monitoring solutions, optimises bridge performance management with Industrial IoT or designs complex smart road systems — we encourage you to join.

We expect applicants in this track to showcase advanced data-driven solutions combined with an innovative approach shaping the urban infrastructure of tomorrow.

Smart Buildings & IoT

Applicants in the Smart Buildings & IoT section should be tech companies developing information-based applications to improve spaces, energy performance and the quality of life — both at homes and commercial buildings.

From HVAC management to air quality monitoring, lighting management and smart parking, we’re looking for innovative IoT startups that assist facility management efforts and provide valuable solutions for building spaces.

If your IoT-focused company can solve real, everyday problems and deliver practical results, we encourage you to apply.

Property & RE Tech

Applicants in the Property & RE Tech track should be tech companies developing information-based solutions to simplify the process of buying, managing, renting or selling property.

Whether your company creates brand new digital tools facilitating the use of real estate assets or improves the automation of processes, applying in the Property & RE Tech section is a great way to raise visibility for your project.

We expect companies to showcase technology that disrupts the real estate market with user-friendly services and breakthrough innovations.

Construction Tech

Applicants in the Construction Tech track should be innovators reinventing the way we plan, design, manufacture and build.

If your startup focuses on project management, land use, construction, safety, workforce optimisation or building analysis, this is your go-to track.

We expect Construction Tech applicants to showcase exceptional performance and technological advancement either in safety, sustainability, supply chain or productivity areas.
